Who you’re buying from

Products on this site are sold by The Kings of Connaught (a partnership), Cooloo, Moylough, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, Ireland (“we”). Contact: thekingsofconnaught@gmail.com.

Prices and payment

Base prices are in euro. Other display currencies are estimates; Stripe confirms the payment currency and final total before payment. We are not registered for VAT; no VAT is charged or itemised. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your contract with us is formed when we email your order confirmation.

Fulfilment

We review orders within 2 working days before our print partner starts production. This review time is additional to production and delivery estimates. Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

The Kings of Connaught name, crest and artwork are ours. Buying merch doesn’t grant any licence to reproduce them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We aren’t liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their home country.
