Shipping & returns

How it’s made

Every item is printed or embroidered to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful, at one of its fulfilment facilities. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

We offer shipping wherever our print partner can deliver your basket and checkout is supported. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated live for your address when you check out, in euro; Stripe shows available currencies and the final total before payment. Orders to destinations outside the EU and UK may attract import duties or taxes on delivery, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

We review orders within 2 working days before they enter production. This is in addition to the production and delivery times. For shipping updates or tracking, email us with your order reference. If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, contact us.

Returns and your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer law. Email thekingsofconnaught@gmail.com with your order reference; we’ll send return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund — no need to post it back.

Sizing

If you need help choosing a size, email us before ordering; exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.
