The short version

Your cart and saved shipping destination are stored in your browser. When you buy something, Stripe processes your payment and our print partner receives your name and address to make and ship your order.

What we collect and why

• Orders: name, email, phone (for the courier), shipping address, items and payment status — to fulfil your order, handle returns and meet tax and accounting obligations. Retained for 7 years as required by Irish law.
• Reliability: technical error categories and random support references help us diagnose failed requests. We do not send payment details, addresses, email addresses, page contents or checkout access tokens to our error-monitoring service. Checkout retry snapshots are removed after 30 days; order records remain for fulfilment and support.
• Payments: processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never receive your card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Fulfilment: your name, address, phone and order contents are shared with Printful, Inc. and its fulfilment facilities to produce and ship your order. See Printful’s privacy policy.
• Emails you send us: kept as long as needed to deal with your query.
• Tour dates: the concert listing is provided by Bandsintown, which sets its own cookies if you interact with it. See Bandsintown’s privacy policy.
• Embedded players (Spotify, YouTube) are governed by those services’ policies. The Spotify player loads on the Music page; YouTube players load when you press play on a video.
